Roof panel curved machine is specially for curving large span roof sheets and wall sheets with various radius.

This  Roof sheet crimping machine is to curve formed panel through punching.

 We can design according to customer's requrement

Technical parameters:

Profile: yield strength: Max. 350Mpa.

Material thickness: 0.3-0.7mm

Min curving radius: Min 500mm

Speed of punching: about. 2m/min

Punching mould material: No.45 steel with chrome coated

Shaft material: High grade No.45 steel after heating and quenching.

Motor power: Hydraulic motor about 5.5Kw, feeding motor about 1.1 Kw (confirm after final design)

Working flowing:

Feeding Panel(put the panel into the transmitting device)----automatic punching curving(punch-curving of panel under controlling system)----take out the panel by manual.
